Al Wasl Plaza is 67.5 meters tall dome that is constructed to serve as a central building of Expo 2020. Described as the “crown jewel” and “beating heart” of Expo 2020, its construction is one that engineers and staff are the most proud of. 

It is designed to serve as a 360-degree projection surface for large scale public events. It will connect the three main districts-Opportunity, Mobility and Sustainability. 

2518 Saco V-Pix pixels are integrated into steel structure by 3S to complement projection mapping. They work on two modes, legacy, controlled by 3S system which plays starry lighting effects and event mode that is integrated into the digital projection system. 
Once completed, Al Wasl Dome is the largest 360-degree projection surface in the world and Dubai newest iconic landmark.
